Job Title: Executive Assistant
Responsibilities
+ Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient environment.
+ Answer and direct phone calls, acting as the first point of contact for customers and vendors, and take messages as needed.
+ Receive, sort, and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.
+ Perform administrative and clerical support tasks, such as filing and record keeping.
+ Facilitate the maintenance of office equipment, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
+ Maintain inventory of office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
+ Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
+ Support the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding new associates.
+ Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
+ Handle confidential HR-related documents with discretion.
+ Manage internal and external meetings on behalf of the executive, ensuring all necessary requirements are met.
+ Manage executive emails as necessary.
+ Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for executives, including flights, visas, hotel accommodations, and car rentals.
+ Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
+ Manage and organize confidential files, documents, and other office materials.
+ Handle inquiries from customers and vendors, providing excellent customer service.
+ Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and maintain positive relationships with external partners.
+ Perform multiple tasks and manage various projects simultaneously while performing other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in administrative support, calendar management, and filing.
+ Minimum of a high school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
+ Experience as a personal assistant, receptionist, or executive assistant.
+ Strong multitasking and time management abilities with attention to detail.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional phone etiquette.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
+ Prior experience in manufacturing or engineering environments is highly desirable.
+ Must present a polished and professional appearance at all times.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Grandview,MO.
