Job Title: Immediate Sales Service Representative
Job Description
As a Sales Service Representative, you will ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding customer requirements and expectations from point of sale through delivery and invoicing of products. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact post-sales, representing a designated customer base and supporting multiple sales territories. You will manage commercial and supply chain transactions and conversations to ensure successful support of stakeholders, executing and managing complex processes to support the sale, delivery, and supply of company products.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as a customer advocate, ascertaining customer requirements and ensuring they are met.
+ Resolve customer issues including pricing, transactions, complaints, orders, and shipments.
+ Address complaints at authorized levels for product lines.
+ Document and determine when a complaint is considered resolved.
+ Manage the entire order-to-cash process for assigned customers.
+ Manage inside sales for transactional segment of customers at list/approved prices.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP.
+ Sales support experience.
+ Knowledge of North America truck/rail logistics.
+ Order to Cash processes including Order creation, contract review, case management, and review of documents like BOL, Invoice, COA.
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Business Acumen of commercial and supply chain processes.
+ Aptitude for digital and technology troubleshooting of customer digital interactions.
+ Experience in a customer-facing sales service role in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Management, or Logistics.
+ Ability to make informed but quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
+ Organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ A High School Diploma or GED with eight years of experience.
+ Bonus points for a bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience.
+ Experience with Business Objects (BOBJ) and/or Visio.
+ Expertise in Online Order Management and Track and Trace Technologies for logistics.
Work Environment
This position offers a working-from-home opportunity with office attendance required on Thursdays. Working hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Initial training takes a couple of weeks in the office, and remote work will transition after demonstrating the ability to operate independently. The company offers good potential for growth, as evidenced by previous contractors who received extensions and permanent positions.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.59 - $27.59/hr.
