Job Title: Welder Fitter Fabricator
**Job Description:** Are you a skilled Welder Fitter Fabricator looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our dynamic team in the recycling industry, where innovation and precision are highly valued. In this role, you'll be responsible for finding parts and conducting your own layout and fitting. You'll use various machinery such as saws, sheers, punch presses, and manual saws to cut parts, and you'll mark out and drill holes as necessary. You'll primarily work with wire size .045 and specialize in the manufacturing of shoots, conveyors, channels, I-beams, and feeders. If you have the ability to read blueprints and build parts independently, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
+ Independently conduct layout and fitting of parts.
+ Operate saws, sheers, punch presses, and manual saws for part cutting.
+ Mark out and drill holes as required.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to build and perform layouts.
+ Select equipment and plan layout according to engineering drawings.
+ Layout workpieces per drawing using standard fixtures or independently.
+ Read and use measurement tools such as tape measures, compasses, micrometers, mag levels, protractors, versa gauges, and calipers.
+ Perform welding without the use of fixtures.
+ Set up and adjust machines and equipment to produce quality parts.
+ Execute welding tasks in flat and out-of-position scenarios.
Essential Skills:
+ Proficiency in MIG welding with large wire size and heavy material.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including weld symbols.
+ Experience in fabrication and fitting according to blueprints.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
