Job Title: Financial Analyst IIJob Description

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and self-motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance department within the Global Stores Team. This role is crucial for supporting our mission to be the most customer-centric company on earth. Responsibilities

+ Support finance and tech stakeholders by deep diving into various financial accounts and running validations.

+ Build scalable models to load planning data into Cognos.

+ Provide analysis on cost allocations to Global Store channels.

+ Assist in automating month/quarter end reporting processes.

+ Write system queries to gather finance data and perform data-mining and analysis using tools such as MS Excel, Cognos, and SQL.

Essential Skills

+ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.

+ 2-4 years of relevant finance experience.

+ Advanced analytical skills with an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

+ Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving.

+ Advanced Excel and analysis skills.

+ Experience with Cognos and SQL is a strong plus.

+ Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.

+ Comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to senior management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Advanced Excel skills, including building dashboards and modeling.

+ Experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting.

+ Problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

The position operates within a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office, with the possibility of working up to 5 days as needed. The office is located in Seattle, WA, US.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $41.00/hr.
