Job Title: REMOTE Interior Architect (Production)
Job Description
We are seeking a talented Interior Architect to design and manage all phases of the interior architectural design process for multi-family, healthcare, and commercial projects. This role requires a strong focus on construction documentation, drawings, and production, including elevations, from the start of the design process through to completion.
Responsibilities
+ Design and manage all phases of interior architectural design for multi-family, healthcare, and commercial projects.
+ Develop construction documentation, drawings, and elevations.
+ Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects meet client standards and timelines.
+ Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to produce high-quality designs.
+ Create construction document sets for various projects.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
+ 5+ years of experience in multi-family, healthcare, and/or hospitality design.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
+ Experience in creating construction document sets.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in corporate interiors and hospitality design is a plus.
+ Knowledge in Sketchup and millwork.
Work Environment
This position is open due to a recent increase in healthcare and housing/multi-family projects. The work environment offers flexibility with typical work hours ranging from 40-45 hours per week. Employees have the option of a hybrid schedule, coming into the office twice a week, or working 100% remotely if located outside the Baltimore area. Benefits include free parking, 100% employer-paid healthcare, a 401K match, and a bonus program based on projects. Employees receive 3 weeks of vacation annually, along with 9 recognized holidays, and additional time off from Christmas to New Year's Day, totaling over 5 weeks of PTO each year. The company offers a collaborative and autonomous work environment with flexible hours.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.86/hr.
