Job Title: Section Manager

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Section Managers for various semiconductor tools. We have 5 openings for different sections: CVD Section Manager, CMP Section Manager, PVD Section Manager, Epitaxy Section Manager, and Lithography Section Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in semiconductor engineering and team management, with experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

+ Install and qualify CD-SEM, OCD, Inspection, and Overlay for semiconductor tools.

+ Work with the installation team, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.

+ Sustain and maintain semiconductor tools, ensuring tool availability and tool-to-tool matching.

+ Coordinate with vendors for tool installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

+ Manage a diverse team of engineers and technicians to ensure the health and performance of semiconductor tools.

+ Collaborate with various modules to discuss and resolve metrology measurement issues.

Essential Skills

+ Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields.

+ Experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments.

+ Experience in single wafer etching at 300mm semiconductor fabs.

+ Team management experience with teams of 3 or more people.

+ Knowledge of semiconductor tools, including CVD, CMP, PVD, epitaxy, and lithography.

+ Proficiency in metrology tools, process flow, and root cause analysis.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 5-10+ years with a Master's degree, or 2+ years with a Ph.D.

+ Experience in single wafer etching at 34nm or less within the past 4 years.

+ Recent experience at top semiconductor companies such as Intel, Samsung, Micron, Texas Instruments, Lam Research, Global Foundries, Applied Materials, KLA-Tencor, or Hitachi.

Work Environment

This role will be based in a cleanroom environment with some office work. Initial training will take place in Taiwan for up to 6 months. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The facility follows a strict security protocol, prohibiting personal cell phones or electronics on-site. Employees will be provided with a company cell phone. Dress code includes closed-toe shoes and a bunny suit in the cleanroom, with casual business attire otherwise.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $199000.00/yr.

Relocation Benefits:
