Job Title: Sr. Design Verification Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Design Verification Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning design verification tasks, specifically the development and execution of UVM-based tests. This position involves working on chip, packaging, and software for display products. You will develop test benches, execute test plans, automate tests (if you possess scripting skills), debug/troubleshoot at the IC level, and manage documentation related to verification.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and execute UVM-based tests.
+ Create and maintain test benches.
+ Execute detailed test plans.
+ Automate tests using scripting languages.
+ Debug and troubleshoot at the IC level.
+ Manage and document verification-related tasks.
Essential Skills
+ 10+ years of direct experience in Universal Verification Methodology (UVM-based) verification within the IC/SOC/FPGA realm.
+ Proficiency in SystemVerilog.
+ Experience verifying protocols and embedded microcontrollers.
+ Familiarity with verification software such as Mentor Questa, Siemens Modelsim, Cadence Incisive.
+ Proficiency in scripting languages such as TCL, CSH, Bash, Makefile, or Python.
+ BS in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), or Computer Engineering (CE).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with display technology.
+ Knowledge of MIPI and SPI protocols.
+ Experience with Python and Perl.
Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 3 days on-site. Additional on-site days are optional. Candidates who drive will need a parking pass, which should be factored into compensation considerations.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $80.00/hr.
