• Entry-Level Lab Assistant

    Actalent (Hilliard, OH)


    We are seeking a motivated Lab Assistant to support cleaning and sanitation in the Research & Product Development Laboratory areas. You will be responsible for restocking supplies in the labs and clean room areas, picking up materials, and sending them to the appropriate locations. Additionally, you may be trained in powders and tablet testing in the lab.

    Responsibilities

    + Support cleaning and sanitation in the R&D and Lab areas.

    + Restock supplies in the labs and clean room areas.

    + Pick up materials and send them to the appropriate areas.

    + Check room gauges and document findings.

    + Follow work instructions, SOPs, and company practices.

    + Document analytical activities and results accurately, in a timely manner, and maintain data integrity.

    + Conduct powders and tablet testing in the lab.

    Work Environment

    + This is a fast-paced environment. You will spend time working in both the quality group and occasionally the clean rooms.

    Qualifications

    + Prior laboratory experience would be a plus, but not necessarily required.

    + Experience working in a cleanroom would also be a huge plus.

    + Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
