Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in program or project management.
+ 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
+ 4 years of experience in Learning and Development program management.
+ Experience with manufacturing, supply chain management or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
Preferred qualifications:
+ 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience with Communication Strategy or Change Management Communications.
+ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail, while managing multiple, simultaneous projects under tight deadlines.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
As the Manager of Learning and Workforce Development (LWD) team, you will be responsible for leading Global Server Operations Learning and Workforce Development programs to enable the data center workforce with the proper skills and capabilities required to support organizational business goals and customer expectations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Define/manage a program portfolio solving problems that target high business impact for the organization and product areas.
+ Develop Learning and Development engagement process with key business partners.
+ Develop a measurement strategy to determine learning team program effectiveness.
+ Drive day to day execution of the LWD business plan.
+ Manage team of resources in supporting their execution plans and responsibilities.
