The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities through prospecting and networking, effectively presenting our service solutions to potential clients, and closing contracts that ensure their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Identify and develop relationships with new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
+ Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
+ Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
+ Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements.
+ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
+ Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements
+ Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role (3-5 years preferred).
+ Strong understanding of the B2B sales process.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
+ Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
+ Prior experience in the facilities services sector is a plus.
+ Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
+ Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, is a plus
