    Job Description Summary

    Direct and primary responsibility for supervising an assigned group of children. The job duties of this position are in accordance with Minimum Standards for Day Care Centers.

    Job Description

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + 19 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED;

    + Experience working with children in a group format is preferred

    LANGUAGE/ COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

    + Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing;

    + Ability to communicate in stressful situations.

    SKILLS:

    + Basic knowledge of child development (discipline, behavior and curriculum).
