    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    HX Support

     

    + Report directly to HX Manager

    + Assist during box office hours with all guest questions, needs and/or concerns

    + Use iPads or laptops to access and update event systems; must be comfortable navigating technology

    + Escalate guest concerns to management as needed

    + Work with the production team to ensure all Hotel EDC activations are set up and ready prior to the event start

    + Prior customer service experience is strongly preferred

     

    Hotel Coordinator

     

    + Ensure all Hotel EDC guest reservation match up with rooming list provided by hotel

    + Act as a liaison between the hotel, Event Producer, and HX team

    + Assist guests with any check-in questions and concerns

    + Review and reconcile rooming lists prior to guest arrival

     

    Event Runner

     

    + Support the event team by running errands and completing on-site tasks as needed

    + Must keep track of all spending and have receipts for each transaction

     

    Hotel EDC Dates: Wednesday May 15 - Monday May 20(actual work dates may vary)

    HIRING PRACTICES

    Hiring Hourly: $20.00 - $23.00 USD

     

    Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position. It is estimated based on what a successful Nevada applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Nevada or perform the position from Nevada. Similar positions located outside of Nevada will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Vibee takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. A potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
