Role: Support Engineer

Description of work to be performed: TEKsystems is partnering with a client in search for a support engineer in San Francisco, CA with some professional experience with Java and/or JavaScript, AWS technologies and some lab maintenance, such as supporting servers, network equipment and mobile devices. In this role, the support engineer will be troubleshooting and debugging IOS/Android devices, connection issues and pipeline deployments. It would be preferred to have experience with AWS Lambda, CloudWatch and DynamoDB.

Specified productivity speed/number of tasks/amount of material: daily on-call ticket resolution

Time frame for completion: 8 months

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
