Description:

This hardware engineering team and cross-functional teams will engage in streamlining the design and testing process through utilization of an expert system to support the development of best-in-class consumer electronics products. Responsibilities may include: engaging with core team and cross-functional teams to specify, design and develop custom rules and user interfaces, supporting existing tools and integrating into our client's infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate with teams on streamlining the design and testing process through utilization of advanced automated design rule checking

+ Collaborate with core team and cross-functional teams to specify and develop custom PCB design rule checks

+ Develop and maintain in-house software tools for different products

+ Develop scripts to automate complex simulations

+ Deploy and maintain software tools on a Linux infrastructure

Requirements:

+ 5+ years of experience with software development in C++

+ Experience in software design and complex algorithms implementation is required

+ Strong C++ and Python background is required

+ Proficiency with Linux operating system

+ Familiarity with EDA tools development, knowledge of QT framework, ODB++ and PCB design is a plus

+ Ability to understand and maintain existing large code databases

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.09 - $78.31/hr.
