Job Description: Order Processing Contractor
Overview: Join our team as an Order Processing Contractor, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of high-quality products. This entry-level position offers a long-term opportunity for dependable individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Order Retrieval: Receive orders on paper and gather necessary items (paper, envelope, credit card, etc.).
+ Order Delivery: Hand over collected items to machine operators and move on to the next order.
+ Machine Operation: Operate processing machines, inserters, printers, bursters, metering machines, and general office equipment.
+ High Volume Processing: Perform tasks such as printing, inserting, and sorting to process card materials efficiently.
+ Equipment Management: Set up equipment, load materials, clear jams, and handle simple malfunctions.
+ Product Handling: Unload products from equipment and ensure quality and productivity.
+ Problem Solving: Identify and resolve clearly defined issues.
+ Reporting: Complete and maintain reports and logs, reconciling incoming and completed work.
Skills Required:
+ Data entry
+ Quality control and assurance
+ Mailroom and inventory management
+ Filing and sorting
+ Photocopying and material handling
+ Customer service orientation
+ Experience with FedEx and printing
Additional Qualifications:
+ Seeking candidates interested in long-term opportunities
+ Ability to learn quickly, produce quality work, and be dependable
+ Permanent placement after 6 months based on attendance
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
