    Ozarks Medical Center (West Plains, MO)


    + Setup and utilize all respiratory equipment.

    + Educate patients on respiratory equipment ordered by physician.

    + Educate patients to help ensure compliance of equipment use.

    + Evaluation and documentation of patient assessment, plan of treatment, and plan of care.

    + Assist and communicate with doctors offices, home health, and hospice concerning patient care.

    + Check patient equipment while in the patient’s home to ensure it is functioning properly. Re-instruct patients on equipment use as needed.

    + On-call for all clinical questions.

    + Audit patient charts monthly.

    + Educate employees and patients on use of RT equipment (O2, CPAP’s, BIPAP’s, Suction, HAG/CAG, refits, nebulizers, concentrators, etc.)

    + Evaluate the knowledge of other employees annually involving respiratory equipment use and operation.

    + All other duties as assigned.

    + Working with patients on PAP machines to become compliant and stay compliant long term
