The ideal candidate will be proficient in color management software and internal production systems, with a strong commitment to accelerating speed to market. You’ll collaborate across internal teams and external vendors to streamline workflows and reduce lead times, while also managing a centralized system of digital image files for use across various marketing departments. This is a hands-on, creative operations role where technical precision and strategic leadership meet.Responsibilities:

Perform critical product color matching and retouching for files for print and for web.

Lead a team as well as cultivate relationships with both internal product launch/design teams and outside vendors.

Manage color calibration software as well as proofing devices.

Masking, color correction, retouching and occasional product(flooring) replacement of photography, renders from both internal sources as well as outside vendors.

Working with internal and external vendors either remotely or on site to resolve any color, file, workflow and calibration issues.

Work with brand designers and project managers on site to ensure brand standards are followed and gain approvals on all projects.

Digitally build product room scenes from product images.

Work with the Digital Lab during scanning, color correction and cropping of new products as well as rescanning of current products that do not meet our current quality standards.

Utilize naming conventions and storage/retrieval procedures for digital assets for the enterprise

Source overflow digital images for color corrections and room scene renderings.

Distribution of assets through internal systems, design groups and external Vendors as well as archival storage of older or dropped styles.

Cross collaboration between Commercial marketing teams and the Sample Department across the enterprise.

MTO label design and layouts for new and existing products for internal and external print vendors sales kits and samples.

Creation of product specification sheets.

Pre-Flighting of all brochures, folders and other printed materials prior to release.

Creation of final color calibrated proof for review.

Packaging and distributing files to appropriate vendors, oversight of file archival and creation and maintenance of asset library.

Stay current on industry advancements - software, hardware and process (continuous learning).
