    Job Title:** **Warehouse Shop Foreman (ECM)

    **Job Summary:** ECM Holding Company has an opportunity for a Shop Foreman in Pompano, Florida. The Warehouse Shop Foreman provides essential support to the Warehouse Manager in overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring the highest quality standards. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Normal operating hours are between 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Overtime as required. This is a Non-Exempt, hourly position, eligible for overtime.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    + Meet with warehouse workers at the beginning of every shift to assign tasks and establish priorities

    + Keep a daily log in excel of projects worked on each day including status of those in process and those completed

    + Track in excel by type and usage the chemical product used each day

    + Track in excel monthly equipment inventory counts

    + Track supplies and material needs and inform Supervisor when stock is low

    + Conduct safety inspections throughout the warehouse (fire extinguisher, power tools, forklifts)

    + Keep maintenance records updated including company vehicles, and equipment such as air compressors and power washers

    + Enter employee’s completed weekly timecards into ADP Software program

    + Perform manual labor work in the warehouse approximately 4 -6 hours per day

    + Handle the offloading and reloading via forklift of newly received or completed A/C units onto Shipping trucks

    + Reorganize air conditioning units in the warehouse based on completion of product to maximize space utilization

    Qualifications:

    • 4 – 5 years hands on experience in a Warehouse, Construction or Manufacturing setting

    • Must be licensed to drive a forklift

    • Experience supervising or managing teams of 5 to 10 works in a construction, manufacturing or warehouse setting

    • Proficiency in Microsoft office programs word and outlook and excel)

    • Must be able to open an excel sheet and enter data

    • Must have experience entering timecards into a payroll system

    • Must be able and willing to work overtime as needed

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    + Lifting frequently. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

    + Standing for extended periods, up to 6 hours per day.

    + Walking, continuously.

    + Climbing ladders while carrying weight

    + Wearing personal protective gear correctly including glasses, gloves, respirator, hard hat and other PPE required.
