Ultimate Job Summary:

Ultimate is looking for **Carpenters** to install rigid insulation and metal panels to concrete walls in a new construction warehouse for **3-4 weeks** outside of **Shreveport, LA** for **$25-30/hour** based on experience. This includes measuring, cutting, fitting, fastening, and securing panels to concrete surfaces for insulation. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Responsibilities:

+ Measure and cut pre-drilled 18 gauge metal sheets to fit specific wall dimensions.

+ Install rigid insulation panels using screws, nails, or adhesive to concrete.

+ Drill and securing panels using masonry bits and tap cons.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

+ Receive, Stock, Clean, and Maintain work space

+ General knowledge of construction practices

+ Willingness to work hard

+ Able to take directives from others

+ Able to work within a team environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

+ Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

+ Ability to lift heavy panels and work on ladders or scaffolding.

+ Attention to detail.

+ Physical stamina and balance.

Ultimate Construction Worker Requirements

+ 2+ years of Construction experience

+ Steel toe boots required (other PPE will be provided)
