The Executive Talent Management & Development (ETM&D) team delivers high quality solutions for identifying, developing, and evaluating senior executive talent across JPMC. The team partners with the Human Resources Operating Committee (OC), Line of Business (LOB)- aligned HR executives, and Product teams to deliver an executive talent agenda that ensures the highest quality talent in the top 150 positions at JPMC.
As an Executive Director on the Executive Talent Management and Development team, you will report to the Head of Executive Performance. You will design and implement evaluation and measurement approaches for the firm's senior executive population (OC-1 and OC-2/3 on succession plan). Your focus is on talent quality, and understanding how executive performance should be evaluated and how executives are performing against those expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Developing performance expectations and evaluation framework (including competencies and assessments)
+ Managing the 360 Development Feedback Process
+ Coordinating the Executive Annual Performance Review Process
+ Conducting talent analytics and measurement
+ Partnering with the broader Executive Talent Management & Development team, product teams and HR executives
+ Serve as an internal consultant focused on the assessment and evaluation of executive performance
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize, implement and execute on talent solutions
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
+ Deep understanding of executive performance expectations, competencies, and assessments
+ Proficiency in metrics and evaluating executive performance
+ Expertise in the 360 feedback process, implementation and deriving actionable feedback insights for executive development
+ Knowledge of performance management and evaluation approaches, tools, timing, and impacts
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze and extract actionable insights from data.
+ Broad Project and change management experience, including stakeholder engagement, strategy, prioritization of work, etc.
+ Consulting and problem-solving skills
+ Bias for speed and urgency balanced with good judgment and sound risk-taking
+ Experience leading teams, driving business goals and objectives, working across the matrix, and interacting with senior executives
+ 10+ years of experience in Talent, Executive / Leadership Development, Performance Management, and / or Data & Analytics
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant HR discipline (e.g., OD / OE, data analytics, etc.);
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
+ Master's degree preferred
