We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Service Associate with marketing experience to join our team at Meridiem Advisory Group. This role will work closely with both our marketing and operations teams to enhance client experience and streamline processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for client service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Marketing Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement client-focused initiatives to help make our team more referrable.
Assist in creating and managing compliance approved client communications, including newsletters, emails, and social media content.
Help organize and execute client events and webinars.
Support the development and maintenance of compliance approved marketing materials and client-facing documents.
Look for opportunities for WOW! moments when we significantly exceed client expectations, acknowledge special life events, or create a positive impression.
Key Operations Responsibilities
Process client requests for check issuance and money/security transfers in a timely and accurate manner.
Respond to client requests for information regarding their accounts.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues related to account operations.
Assist in processing operational forms and documents.
