CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer Cloud FullStack opening for our client in Columbus, OH.

**Location:** Columbus, OH (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

**Duration:** 12 months

Duties:

+ Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack cloud applications using Java-based technologies

+ Build and deploy microservices using the Spring Framework and Spring Boot

+ Implement persistence layers with Hibernate and integrate with relational databases

+ Manage build processes and project dependencies using Maven

+ Develop and test applications in integrated development environments such as Eclipse

+ Containerize and deploy applications using Docker in cloud or hybrid cloud environments

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

+ Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes

+ Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments

Skills:

+ Proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming

+ Strong knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data)

+ Experience with Hibernate ORM and database schema design

+ Familiarity with Eclipse IDE and Maven build automation

+ Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and deployment

+ Understanding of RESTful API design and integration

+ Ability to work in agile development environments

+ Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Experience:

+ 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack application development

+ Proven experience in developing and deploying cloud-native applications

+ Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus

+ Prior experience working with version control tools like Git

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

+ Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or Java development are a plus

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
