    Overview

     

    St. Luke’s Health System is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their highly collegial multidisciplinary Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation team. Our team's goal is to stabilize, slow, or even reverse the progression of cardiovascular disease. Providing education and counseling support to help our patients adjust their lifestyle behaviors, and help them develop sustainable, healthy habits in exercise, nutrition, and weight management.

    What You Can Expect:

    + Two 10hr shifts a week

    + Coverage at Meridian & Nampa

    + Malpractice & tail coverage

    + ACLS experience is needed
