Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Porter to join our team at Holiday Inn in West Yellowstone, Montana. As a Porter, you will be responsible for performing light cleaning duties around the hotel, both inside and out.

What will you do?

+ Perform any combination of light cleaning duties around the hotel, both inside and out, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sweeping and restroom cleaning in both the front and back of the house.

+ Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts.

+ Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers.

+ Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Distribute all recyclables into proper containers.

+ Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors

+ This is a driving position; the successful applicant must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

+ Minimum of 6 months of experience in housekeeping preferred

+ No experience or diploma required

Physical requirements

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

+ Ability to pull heavy carts of stock

+ Ability to stand, bend, lift, and other ranges of motion for an extended time
