We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Lead to handle all Data Management workstreams at T-Mobile. The role of a Data Management Delivery lead involves several key responsibilities and required skills.
Your role
• Project Delivery Performance: Responsible for balancing production cost optimization, client satisfaction, and business & delivery risk management
• Delivery Assurance: Ensure delivery assurance and approval on the qualification and submission of proposals based on the BRM threshold
• Collaboration: Work closely with GBLs, OBUs, and ABLs to ensure timely delivery from a delivery excellence point of view
• Risk Management: Responsible for delivery risk and CM sign-off for BU level deal reviews
• Core Delivery Processes: Accountable for deploying core delivery processes such as M-reviews, EM certifications, OTACE, and e-Monitoring in their portfolio
• Performance Roadmap: Drive delivery performance and establish a medium-term roadmap
• Capability Building: Build and strengthen delivery capabilities for the BU/MU
Your skills and experience
• Operational Management: Proven track record in operational management, including senior clients and key BU executives
• Project Financials: Deep understanding of project financials and the ability to drive them
• Leadership: Ability to manage delivery heads, delivery executives, and engagement managers
• Customer Crisis Management: Ability to manage customer crises
• Azure Cloud Technologies: Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Event Hubs, Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps
• Data Warehousing: Extensive experience with Snowflake
• ETL/ELT: Proven ability to design, build, and optimize complex ETL/ELT pipelines using ADF and Databricks
• Streaming Technologies: Hands-on experience with real-time and near real-time data streaming solutions
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with an ability to drive cross-functional teams
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Problem-Solving: Adept at solving complex problems and implementing effective solutions
• Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar capacity or as Delivery Lead
