What you´ll do
+ Supporting the customer facing organization from a Henkel site/lab within the assigned market, responsible for executing test methods/protocols, report writing and laboratory support.
+ Driving technical expertise, securing customers purchasing power for the purpose of growing Henkel branded products, new launches and product innovations.
+ This application engineer will be supporting both Liquid Filtration and Medical Markets, both in AMI's Growth category with high visibility.
+ This engineer will be supporting a current portfolio of >$12M of new business with a mixture of short, mid and long term projects.
+ This application engineer will be supporting Key accounts, maintaining >$10M of business and managing customer relationships at design centers along with supporting innovation projects.
+ Performs / supports completion of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan on all product related performance complaints.
+ Traveling of up to 40% domestic traveling can be part of the role
What makes you a good fit
+ Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or similar.
+ Ideally 5+ years of work experience in adhesive, liquid filtration or medical.
+ Ability to follow SOPs and writing test plans.
+ Analysis of data with digital tools (ie. excel & JMP) Statistical Analysis (ie. JMP) as well as mechanical aptitude and very hands on with testing and using equipment (ie. CAD).
+ Effectively present findings both internally and externally using Power Point to manage key accounts.
+ Effective team player and comfortable working with a team with a positive can-do attitude.
+ Likes a challenge, managing a large workload and being a hard worker

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $100,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
