About the Role:
The Capgemini FS Digital Marketing Agency is searching for an experienced technology leader who will create a vision for our hosted marketing, advertising, and customer experience applications, define the strategy for them within our Financial Services industry client engagements, and own the overall delivery and quality of our technical execution.
The full stack architect will serve as the crucial link between technology and business, helping shape new opportunities through the design and proposal of technologies, provide leadership and direction to our technical teams in their execution, actively manage scope and risks within our implementations, and plan for operation, maintenance, and update of our applications.
Responsibilities:
+ Partner in the proposal, design, execution, deployments, and maintenance of hosted marketing solutions that achieve client business goals - to help the acquire, engage, and retain customers.
+ Support a wide range of applications within the marketing domain developed by Capgemini and built on platforms offered by our marketing technical solution partners and cloud service providers
+ These applications include, but are not limited to, consumer facing websites, microsites, and landing pages, data-driven CRM and email marketing programs, and media-performance advertising campaigns.
+ Collaborate within Capgemini, our 3rd party solution partners, and clients to offer and implement solutions modelling industry best practices for secure marketing application development
+ Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external drivers to improve our existing and future processes, applications, and services
+ Assess the technical architecture and design of our applications and help determine appropriate infrastructure usage patterns and volumes
+ Align with our Development and DevOps teams on the use of secure and scalable technology stacks to support existing and future applications
+ Develop, modify, extend code for building hosted infrastructure, and automation using CI/CD pipelines
+ Develop applications with high test automation and code coverage
+ Actively participate in code reviews
+ Perform problem analysis, data analysis, reporting, and communication
+ Troubleshoot issues and resolve
Qualifications:
+ 10+ years' experience designing and developing digital marketing applications hosted in dedicated on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure
+ 5+ years' experience developing and managing enterprise level infrastructure using public or private cloud
+ Undergraduate/Graduate Degree in Computer Science
Expert level proficiency in:
+ Public cloud implementation (AWS services preferred)
+ Migration from on-premises implementation to cloud infrastructure
+ Extensive knowledge of:
+ Core cloud infrastructure capabilities and services
+ Proficiency in infrastructure architecting tools (E.g., Terraform and/or CloudFormation).
+ Serverless compute services (E.g., AWS Fargate, AWS Batch)
+ Platform agnostic technologies that allow for cloud infrastructure portability
+ Workflows and pipelines
Hands-on experience in:
+ Design and development of full stack applications leveraging public / commercial cloud services using Java or .NET and related software frameworks and JSON.
+ Implementation of container based and API based applications using native cloud services
+ Proficiency in CI/CD and deployment automation (using Jenkins pipeline).
+ Developing loosely coupled testable applications using automated unit tests, Integration Test, etc.
Good understanding of:
+ Enterprise grade and leading commercial MarTech platforms - their concepts, uses, and advantages
+ Utilizing Lambda functions, functional programming
+ Cloud Identity and Access management, Networking, and Monitoring

Salary Transparency:
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to the highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $140,000 - $160,000/ yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
