We are looking for an outstanding and dedicated Consumer Retail Technology Kesaya Platform Subject Matter Expert to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
+ We lead operations and monitoring for business-critical software applications.
+ We ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise, contributing to the continuous improvement of application services!
+ We provide ITIL support for Simphony POS System, Kaseya, and ServiceNow, and coordinate release and deployment processes.
+ We perform Windows troubleshooting and remote monitoring of system health.
+ We manage patch deployment for all Windows-based endpoints and provide remote access for troubleshooting and maintenance.
+ Automate tasks via scripting and deploy software via policy.
+ We coordinate user access management, define access control, update Kaseya clients, monitor performance, and evaluate deployment groups and policies.
Required Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
+ Proficiency with Kaseya tool and PowerShell scripting.
+ Minimum of 5 years of IT support experience, preferably in installing, configuring, supporting, and coordinating software deployments and patching.
+ At least 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support, application support, or technical support with direct customer contact experience.
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
+ Customer-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
