The Program Management function of the Delivery Services team coaches leaders across Pega to improve internal processes and execute on programs that support our strategic direction.

What You'll Do at Pega:
+ The Technical Project Manager will lead strategic cloud infrastructure and client support projects within our strategic initiatives, partnering with operations, engineering, and business leadership.
+ You will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and managing multiple projects. You will be accountable for the on-time delivery of business-critical projects.
+ You will evangelize agile at Pega, including continuous improvement activities by identifying remediating wasteful activities and artifacts.
(This is a hybrid role. Candidates must be local and able to drive into our Waltham office 3 days per week.)

What You've Accomplished:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
+ 1+ years of experience/track record of successfully planning, scheduling, and delivering projects
+ Experience using variety of different Agile models (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.)
+ Knowledge and understanding of change model(s) and change management in an organization
+ Experience with FedRAMP and/or government regulations a plus, though not required
