    What You'll Do at Pega:

    + The Technical Project Manager will lead strategic cloud infrastructure and client support projects within our strategic initiatives, partnering with operations, engineering, and business leadership.

    + You will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and managing multiple projects. You will be accountable for the on-time delivery of business-critical projects.

    + You will evangelize agile at Pega, including continuous improvement activities by identifying remediating wasteful activities and artifacts.

     

    (This is a hybrid role. Candidates must be local and able to drive into our Waltham office 3 days per week.)

    What You've Accomplished:

    + ​​Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

    + ​1+ years of experience/track record of successfully planning, scheduling, and delivering projects

    + ​Experience using variety of different Agile models (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.)

    + ​Knowledge and understanding of change model(s) and change management in an organization

    + Experience with FedRAMP and/or government regulations a plus, though not required
