We’re seeking a motivated and technically skilled individual to join our clients team as a Rotary Press Operator. If you have 1–2 years of experience with rotary presses—or have completed relevant technical training—this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Pay: $21-$23/hr + shift differential

Shift: Fri-Sun 5:00am-5:30pm

What You’ll Do:

+ Set up and operate rotary presses using diagrams, videos, and work instructions

+ Monitor and maintain production quality and safety standards

+ Lead and support team members assigned to your press

+ Perform inspections and document results with precision

+ Identify and escalate issues with equipment, materials, or performance

+ Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals

What You Bring:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 1+ years of rotary press experience or technical school training

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to read and interpret basic technical prints

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience in medical or lean manufacturing is a plus

+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills

+ Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsThis job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
