Position Overview
The Associate Salesforce Developer/Administrator will work with the Salesforce team to support the ongoing administration & development of our Salesforce environment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Force.com platform. This role will work closely with Commercial Operations, functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes including quoting, case management, integrations, and other core processes. This role will be responsible for the executing of the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of all software/hardware Sales tools.
Essential Job Functions
+ Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 400+ users
+ Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, flows, code, ERP integrations and other routine tasks
+ Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
+ Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
+ Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
+ Work with management team to establish suitable business processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
+ Assist in training of new users, and upskilling existing Salesforce.com users across the organization
+ Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
+ Work independently with members of the user community to define and document both current state and ongoing development requirements
+ Manage and support all software/hardware Sales tools including Formyoula, Salesforce Mobile, iPads, and other applications.
+ Design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
+ Build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
+ Competent in Apex and Javascript languages
+ Design, develop, and deploy Apex triggers and LWC interfaces to support business requirements
Requirements
+ BS or BA preferred or equivalent experience
+ 1 to 2 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
+ JavaScript knowledge a plus
+ Salesforce Admin certified (ADM201)
+ Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
+ Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
+ Strong understanding of the SFDC platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
+ Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality as it pertains to various functions such as: lead tracking, opportunity pipeline, quotes, marketing campaigns, security models & account hierarchy, forms, etc.
+ Strong data management abilities
+ A documented history of successfully driving SFDC projects to completion
+ A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
+ This is a fully remote role. In order to be considered, candidates must reside in Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST) to provide support to our international team.
+ Domestic and international travel is required for this role, up to 10%
+ Experience with FDA regulated environments desirable
+ Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment desirable
+ Must possess strong customer service skills
+ Written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
+ Operate as a team and/or independently while demonstrating flexibility to changing requirements.
Additional Information:
+ The anticipated base pay for this position is $63,000-$102,350 annually.
+ The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
