    BAE Systems is looking for Systems Administrators with multiple years of experience and skills for future work on our government customer s new program that delivers applications and solutions across multiple classification levels in the environment.

    As a System Administrator you will tasked with preforming TIER 2, 3 and 4 requirements:

    + Works closely with customers, end users, vendors, and CSPs to support, maintain, and operate the multi-domain CMIs for a multi-cloud environment.

    + Provides remote resolution support for TIER 3 support of the CMI environment (e.g., bastion hosts, proxy servers, tools) operating in each of the five CSP clouds on all three security domains. Supports all aspects of TIER 3 and support at TIER 2 as needed during periods of surge. Troubleshoots and determines root cause to resolve TIER 3 issues.

    + Escalates to and coordinate with TIER 4 and/or CSPs and/or other service providers (e.g., Broadside) as needed to resolve TIER 3 issues. Provides support to resolve CMI tool issues. Supports the administration and patching of CMI server systems.

    + Recognized first line to support within the organization to resolve TIER 3 and possibly TIER 4 issues. May mentor junior members of the team and may lead one or more projects or a small team. Evaluates and determines changes in methods, processes, and procedures.

     

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    Position Level:

    + Junior to Mid 3-5 yrs work experience Tier 2 or equivalent experience and related certificates desired.

    + Senior 5-8 yrs work experience Tier 3-4 or equivalent experience and desired related certificates

    Education:

    + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
