    Job Description

    EPS Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager professional to join our team at Shaw Air Force Base. The Program Manager Contract position plays a key role in ensuring the effective management and oversight of IT systems, infrastructure, and support services. This position requires a candidate with extensive experience in IT operations, program management, and technical leadership.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and manage the NOSC IT contract at Shaw Air Force Base, ensuring seamless operation of IT systems and services.

    + Oversee and coordinate IT support operations, including systems administration, network management, and incident response.

    + Work closely with the client to ensure that all IT requirements and expectations are met in a timely and effective manner.

    + Supervise a team of IT professionals and provide leadership, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.

    + Manage program budgets, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with contract specifications.

    + Continuously assess and improve processes to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Security Clearance: Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

    + Certifications:

    + PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification

    + ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification

    + Education:

    + MBA/MS in Business, Program Management, or a related field is preferred.

    + Experience:

    + 10+ years of relevant experience in IT operations, program management, or related fields.

    + Extensive experience in managing IT contracts, particularly in a military or government environment.

    + Proven track record of successful leadership in IT and program management.
