    Job Description

    EPS Corporation is seeking an experienced and motivated professional for the position ofNetwork/Systems Training and Curriculum Development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network systems, training, and curriculum development, along with hands-on experience in firewall management and Unix/Linux systems. This role involves creating and delivering high-quality training materials and courses to support our IT operations and workforce development efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop, design, and deliver comprehensive training programs for network and systems operations.

    + Create curriculum for training modules focused on network systems, firewalls, and Unix/Linux environments.

    + Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions to internal teams, contractors, and military personnel.

    + Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant, accurate, and up to date with the latest technologies and security protocols.

    + Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve materials and teaching methods.

    + Design assessments and provide feedback to participants to ensure skill development.

    + Maintain training documentation and track progress for various teams and personnel.

    + Provide technical support and guidance for network/system-related inquiries during and after training sessions.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Security Clearance: Must possess Secret Security Clearance.

    + Certifications:

    + CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)

    + VCTA (VMware Certified Technical Associate)

    + Trainer Certification (Microsoft, Cisco, or Military Equivalent)

    + ITIL Foundation Certification

    + Education:

    + B.S. in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering) OR

    + 7+ years of relevant experience in network/systems training and curriculum development.

    + Experience:

    + Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience OR

    + 7+ years of experience in network/systems training and curriculum development.

    + Proven experience in firewall management and configuration.

    + Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux operating systems.

    Additional Skills:

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering training sessions to diverse audiences.

    + Experience with training development tools and platforms (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).

    + Strong understanding of networking principles, firewalls, and Unix/Linux environments.

    + Ability to design and implement training programs that align with organizational objectives.

    + Skilled in developing hands-on labs and real-world scenarios for training exercises.
