    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

     

    Jensen Infrastructure is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Salesforce Business Systems Analyst** to support our Sales Operations team. This role is responsible for Salesforce administration, sales enablement, and sales process automation, helping align our systems with business processes to enhance customer experience and team productivity.

     

    A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

    + Administer Salesforce (Tier 1 & 2 support), manage user accounts, and ensure data integrity.

    + Implement and support automation between platforms like Salesforce, Wrike, and Microsoft Power Platform.

    + Deliver training and onboarding to maximize adoption of sales tools.

    + Develop dashboards and reports to drive data-informed decisions.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflows and identify system improvements.

    + Manage projects involving system updates, integrations, and enhancements.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    + Salesforce Administrator Certification required.

    + 5+ years in business systems analysis or administration.

    + Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft 365, ERP software, and automation platforms.

    + Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

    + Experience with process improvement and data governance.
