As our Senior Director of Project Management for our Diversified Food and Health - North America, you will report to the Head of DF&H North America. The Senior Director of Regional Project Management will lead the delivery of important projects across the region that have large financial impacts. We are looking for a leader with an understanding of project management principles, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to improve efficiency and improvements in project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: You will develop and implement regional mid and long-term project management strategies that align with JBT's overall our goals and growth plans. Project Oversight: You will oversee the delivery of important regional projects (e.g. manufacturing footprint, cross-regional/international projects), ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Team Management: You will develop a high-performing team of project managers across the region, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: You will collaborate with all partners, including clients, vendors, and teams, to ensure project agreement and success. Negotiate with senior leadership across the business in multiple responsibilities. Risk Management: You will identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure project continuity. Performance Monitoring: You will establish metrics to monitor project progress and performance and implement corrective actions. Resource Allocation: You will improve resource allocation and use to achieve maximum efficiency in project delivery. Continuous Improvement: You will improve programs to enhance project management processes, and methodologies. Budget Management: You will manage the regional project management budget, ensuring cost-effective project delivery. Accountability: You will be fully accountable for the success and regional results of important projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA Technical or industrial manufacturing experience 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role (at a regional level). Experience managing large-scale, capital projects, identifying consolidation, green field, and new projects across the organization. Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Lean). Experienced leader with developed communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skill set to solve complex issues. PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification Working Conditions: This position requires domestic and international travel up to 50% Ability to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines and meet with stakeholders This role can be remote or onsite at a JBT Marel facility in the US.
