JOB SUMMARY
This position may be filled as a level Exempt Level 2 - 4 depending on successful candidate’s expertise, knowledge and skills in support of sourcing activities.
Supply Chain Management (SCM) Transactional Support Specialist role will serve as support to the Enterprise Services Transaction organization, as well as Supply Chain systemwide. This position will provide daily support by performing various duties that utilize our contracts and sourcing support systems (SCM Technology Systems) and business processes as detailed below:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
_Education_
+ Bachelor's degree preferred
+ Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM); Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM); Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM); or Certified Commercial Contract Manager (CCCM) is a plus.
_Experience_
+ Supply Chain related experience
+ Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment
+ Experience working with SCM Technology a plus
+ Experience with working with and maintaining SharePoint Sites a plus
_Knowledge and Skills_
+ Self-starter
+ Strong analytical skills
+ Effective interpersonal and communications (both written and verbal)
+ Strong computer skills working with Excel, Power Point and Word
+ Must demonstrate strong internal customer focus in commitment and value
+ Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with short "turn around" times and handle multiple customers/projects simultaneously
+ Excellent organizational skills to plan and manage assigned workload and customer expectations effectively to meet internal business unit requirements.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Supplier Registration adds, changes, etc. associated with Supplier Information and Process Solutions (SIPS) for team;
+ Insurance Certificate Tracking and Escalation Renewals;
+ Drafting and processing low-risk documents, e.g. statements of work, change orders, contract amendments, and non-disclosure agreements;
+ Software renewals (Enterprise Only);
+ Reporting and coordination with business units/contract agents for Maximo Master Contract & Purchase Contract records “Expiration/Review Dates” to amend, extend, or terminate;
+ Master Contract compliance document updates (i.e. Supplier Contractor Compliance Background Form and Contractor Statistical Data (EMR)); and
+ Provide ad hoc support for special projects when required or necessary.
+ Provide Transactional Buyer support for PRs, POs, and RFQs.
+ PO and Contract record updates.
+ Assist with PO expediting.
_Other Attributes_
+ Available to travel (occasionally), as needed, which may require an overnight stay
+ Candidate must have a valid driver’s license
+ This position will be located in Gulfport, MS.
