    Zurich Cover More is seeking a Senior Financial Performance Analyst to join our Group in North America.

     

    We are currently looking for a Senior Performance Analyst to join the Travel Guard Finance team to support the development of the business strategy and other initiatives through provision of regular accurate detailed financial analysis and insight.

     

    This position will work with Travel Guard North America to deliver robust, timely information relating to all aspects of financial performance in order to enhance business decision making. Act as a point of contact for Travel Guard for all matters financial. Contribute to the annual budget/plan and regular forecast process through close work with the business.

     

    This individual will work to provide premium and financial reporting and data analytics on a regular basis. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be an individual that has Finance and P&L understanding. Other critical skills include being a good communicator (both written and verbal) and a critical thinker with an analytical mindset. The role requires participation on ad hoc projects where needed.

     

    This is a hybrid position, based in Stevens Point, WI, or Schaumburg/Chicago, IL.

    Responsibilities Include:

    + Support the forecasting and budgeting process

    + Analysis of Travel P&L including production, losses, acquisition expense and operating expenses

    + Deliver ad hoc financial analysis as required to support management decision making

    + Production and related KPI reporting and analysis

    + Team player with the ability to self start, work independently and to demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic environment

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelors Degree in Finance

    + 5 or more years of related experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Insurance industry experience

    + Strong Microsoft Office experience

    + Highly analytical, forward thinking, with excellent problem solving skills a must

    + Flexibility to work additional hours during peak times

    + Experience using Power BI, SAP, and BPC a plus
