Job Description
Are you passionate about mental health and ready to make a meaningful impact? Join our team as a Clinical Psychologist and help individuals and groups find support, stability, and healing. You'll provide expert mental health care, from crisis intervention to therapy and psychological assessments, all while working with a diverse population and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
What You’ll Do:
+ Provide individual and group therapy, crisis support, and psychological evaluations
+ Diagnose mental health conditions and develop effective treatment plans
+ Offer short-term stabilization and conduct psychological testing
+ Collaborate with healthcare teams and offer expert consultations
+ Participate in research, staff training, and community education
+ Maintain professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and patient safety in all interactions
+ Stay up-to-date on laws, ethics, and compliance policies
What We’re Looking For:
+ Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology
+ Licensed (or license-eligible) as a Psychologist in Missouri
+ Strong understanding of psychological diagnoses and therapies
+ Skilled communicator and team player
+ Organized, adaptable, and committed to high standards of care
+ Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment
