    The LifeSkills Center for Child Welfare Education and Research (LCCWEAR) is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Child Welfare Integration Specialist. The Child Welfare Integration Specialist will oversee the Center's day-to-day operations, serve as the central point of contact, and be the catalyst for implementing and integrating the LCCWEAR's child welfare programs designed to improve the lives of families and children across the Commonwealth.

     

    The following duties are customary for this position but are not to be constructed as all-inclusive. Duties may be added, deleted and assigned based on management discretion and institutional needs.

     

    + The Child Welfare Integration Specialist will report directly to the LCCWEAR Director and serve as the LCCWEAR's central point of contact.

    + Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee all LCCWEAR related day-to-day operations with a primary focus on assisting the Director with workflow optimization, process management, personnel coordination, resource allocation, strategic planning, policy development and adherence.

    + Serve as the main LCCWEAR integrator, continually monitoring, assessing, and optimizing the execution of ongoing LCCWEAR child welfare program and project related tasks and processes.

    + Identify bottlenecks in workflows and recommend data-driven solutions for improvement.

    + Continually develop, implement, and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency.

    + Ensure LCCWEAR adherence to regulatory, funding, and institutional guidelines.

    + Continually foster, facilitate, and monitor collaborative LCCWEAR partnerships- especially as it relates to Kentucky's Cabinet for Health and Family Services.

    + Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in the field of child welfare.

    + Collect detailed records and maintain accurate documentation for LCCWEAR standardized processes, protocols, and outcomes.

    Job Requirements:

    + A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

    + At least five years of experience of working in child welfare, with at least three in child protection.

    + At least three years of leadership experience (e.g., with teams, projects or programs, etc.).

    Additional Information:

    Salary: $55,000
