Qualifications you’ll bring:

+ A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related fields

+ The availability to work hybrid

+ 1+ years’ experience in software application development or related education

+ Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in an Agile environment

+ .NET development experience preferred

+ Relational SQL-based database experience required

+ Experience with any of the following: Git, SSIS/SSRS, Informatica, Azure DevOps highly desired

+ Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth

+ Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction

Your key responsibilities:

+ Develop quality software solutions for the business

+ Participate in backlog refinement, grooming activities, and Scrum ceremonies

+ Collaborate with key stakeholders in designing solutions

+ Work with Product Owners and Scrum Masters in understanding backlog

+ Participate in code reviews

+ Utilize Scrum best practices and processes to deliver quality work and on-time delivery

+ Collaborate with business and technology partners to develop software solutions that support our company's objectives.

+ Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.

The base pay range provided for this role reflects our good faith compensation estimate at the time of posting. MVP adheres to pay transparency nondiscrimination principles.
