    A Human Services Program Specialist will support coordinating client services, along with providing both direct client services and leadership to team members.

    As a Human Services Program Specialist, you will be:

    + Supporting the growth and development of our client services

    + A liaison between clients, families and referral sources

    + Providing guidance to team members through day-to-day support, 30-day objectives and training

    + Working with clients in the community to develop goals and objectives, including life and independence skills

    + Ensuring quality service outcomes for our clients

    + Communicating and collaborating with referral sources

    The job might be for you if you have experience working with youth and adults with disabilities and:

    + You are a great networker who enjoys building new relationships in the community

    + You are highly organized and enjoy taking on new tasks

    + You have experience supporting team members and providing feedback

    + You thrive being part of a collaborative team

    + You are flexible and adaptable to change

    + Not required, but great if you have your DSP certification

    Career growth opportunities – potential selection into our Management Training Program for people who have the following experience:

    + Management of a small team

    + Informal leadership in sports, clubs, or civic organizations

    Additional requirements include:

    + Valid driver’s license and comfortable with travel within the community

    + Monday – Friday, daytime hours availability

    + Comfortable using technology for documentation and organization
