Job Description

The role of the **LE Territory Sales Manager** is to expand law enforcement distribution and sale of Shooting Sports, Tactical Accessories and Hunt/Shoot products through direct field contact with state and local agency end users.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Sales – LE Ammunition and allows you the flexibility to work from your home office in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina or Mississippi.
What you’ll do:
+ Consistently meet sales objectives of territories, regions, and company.
+ Work directly withstate and locallaw enforcementend usersto provide product for evaluation and information to the factory for product development.
+ Interface with Law Enforcement Contract Administrators to ensure accurate information from the field.
+ Conduct sales seminars for Law Enforcement Distributorsand their sales teams.
+ Provide field intelligence on competitive pricing, activity and products.
+ Attend major law enforcement shows, seminars, and shooting events.
+ Consistently meet sales objectives of territories, regions, and company.
+ Work with Law Enforcement Distributors and their sales team to secure law enforcement contracts in their assigned region.

Experience you bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years field sales experience.
+ 3+ years specific experience in law enforcement sales.
+ Sound leadership, communication, and organization skills.
+ Attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
+ Solid working experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision.
+ Ability and willingness to travel.
+ Good business skills.
You might also have:
+ Ammunition sales experience.
+ Active in shooting sports.
+ Law enforcement/military experience.
Work Environment:
Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.
Pay Range:
$81,200.00 - $113,600.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
