POSITION OVERVIEW
The CVM Coordinator must maintain ownership of the day-to-day CVM responsibilities at The Landmark of the agreed upon strategy with focus on clients, people and brand desirability. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Visual Merchandising
+ Partner closely with The Landmark CVM Manager and Director in the successful implementation and in-store execution of defined product strategies and initiatives.
+ Ensure styling guidelines and the merchandising strategy is upheld at Landmark on daily basis.
+ Train and inspire the Commercial and Operational teams and actively participate in daily/weekly floor walks providing solutions and insights that balance the needs of CVM standards and the business.
Creative Campaigns
+ Partner closely with The Landmark CVM Manager and Director in the planning and implementation of creative CVM campaigns which include vitrines/caselines/towers and wall shelf fixtures.
+ Ensure the merchandise selected for each creative campaign fixture is the best and boldest while being properly installed, styled and lit to create an impactful presentation.
+ Ensure effective creative campaign installations and maintenance.
+ Support with the execution of high-profile selling events, and special creative installations as they relate to product launches, events, activations, press previews and branding initiatives.
+ Support the installation and maintenance of holiday displays and décor.
Operations | Communication
+ Independently maximize the CVM and Merchandising opportunities.
+ Communicate regularly to update CVM Landmark Manager and Director in regards to CVM standards, maintenance, processes and business opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years’ experience in merchandising, visual display, styling, or related areas - preferably luxury retail.
+ Portfolio Required
+ Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
+ Work early mornings, evenings, nights and weekends, as needed.
+ Able to successfully navigate complex relationships.
+ Knowledgeable of local vendor sources for display supplies, hardware, props, furniture, flowers.
+ Computer skills required: email/Outlook, Microsoft Excel & Word and working knowledge of Photoshop and In Design
+ Live in, or within reasonable commute to New York City
+ Comfortable in and appreciative of a luxury retail setting.
The pay range for this position is $25.16 - $34.04 per hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
