    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and increase productivity.

    + Conduct in-depth analysis and apply the latest manufacturing technologies to streamline workflows and reduce costs.

    + Identify and resolve technical issues with the design and production processes.

    + Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing teams and leadership.

    + Participate in the integration of automation and digital manufacturing tools for enhanced performance.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

    + A minimum of 10 years experience in establishing lean systems in composite manufacturing.

    + Proven experience in advanced manufacturing processes, including lean manufacturing, automation, or robotics.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.

    + Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers and leadership.
