    Role Overview

    **Sodexo** is seeking a **General Manager 1-Multi- Service** for **University Hospitals Samaritan Medical Center** in **Ashland** **, OH.** UH Samaritan Medical Center is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and staffed by a team of highly skilled healthcare professionals.

     

    This General Manager position will be responsible for both Nutrition and Environmental Services and will have over 4 million in managed volume. Overall scope will include 3 management positions and a front-line staff of 40 FTEs.

    What You Bring

    + have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;

    + have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;

    + can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;

    + prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or

    + demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
