Role Overview

**Sodexo** is seeking an experienced **Multi Service** **Operations Manager** for a manufacturing site in **Andover, MA** . In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for Security Services, vendor management, maintenance and receiving operations. Reporting to the Director of Facilities Operations, you’ll manage first shift operations and lead a team of 15+ employees. What You'll Do

+ Oversee day-to-day facilities operations including security, contracted services, maintenance, janitorial and receiving operations.

+ Ensure employees have the necessary equipment and resources to meet goals and deadlines whileleveraging experience in managing building maintenance.

+ Supervise and prioritize day-to-day tasks, delegating authority and ensuring operating standards are met.

+ Ensure a safe work environment through safety training, equipment maintenance, and compliance with Sodexo’s safety programs and government regulations.

+ Implement and communicate quality improvements, while promoting workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives.

What You Bring

+ Bachelor’s Degree or 1-3 years equivalent experience.

+ Proven leadership experience with measurable results and accomplishments.

+ Strong technical knowledge in environmental services, maintenance, security, and safety systems.

+ Hands-on support skills, including troubleshooting and training.

+ Business and financial acumen with a solid understanding of P&L.

+ Exceptional customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills.

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
