Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE

The University of Rochester offers a variety of summer sports camps for children from 6 to 18 years old. This position coaches and counsels' campers in these sports.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

+ Coaches and counsels' campers in the assigned sports.

+ Purchases, monitors, and cleans supplies and inventory to ensure readiness for camps.

+ Compiles feedback and metrics to understand needs and identify future goals.

+ Works with community, instructors, site maintenance, and other groups to ensure quality experiences.

+ Identifies activities, coordinates site and instruction need, and ensures community programs happen as scheduled.

Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

+ Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience required

+ Or equivalent combination of education and experience
