Your Opportunity

Under the direction of the Project Manager, you will possess a good working knowledge of negotiation/acquisition and documentation that needs to be completed by the claimant. This position is an as needed part-time role.

Your Key Responsibilities

+ Assists in property acquisition, negotiations.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

+ Basic understanding of right of way laws

+ Knowledge of the Department of Transportation's requirements.

+ Excellent customer service skills

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to multi-task

+ Flexibility to learn new skills

+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Education and Experience

+ Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 0-2 years of experience.

+ Position will primarily work in the field.
